A warm welcome awaits you at Capella, a lovingly restored Victorian town house situated just two minutes walk from the centre of Okehampton.
Awarded 4 stars by English Tourist Council in 2007, each room has been decorated to a high standard, retaining original features such as fireplaces and exposed beams.
There is wi-fi access in every room. Secure storage for bicycles.
Guests are welcome to sit in the pretty garden, accessed through the dining room. |

Okehampton is known as the walking capital of Dartmoor and offers 4 banks, 3 supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, a cinema, sports centre and golf course. It is home to the Museum of Dartmoor Life and Okehampton Castle is open to the public.
There is a wide variety of shops including antiques, walking and climbing supplies, designer fashions and gift shops all within an accessible town centre. A Victorian Arcade hosts a variety of small shops and a little further out, a specialist cycle shop for those emergency repair supplies!
